이 개인 정보 보호 정책은 데이터 개인 정보 보호에 대한 후지필름 주식회사 ("후지필름" 또는 "당사")의 약속과 후지필름 GFX 챌린지 그랜트 프로그램 2026("프로그램")의 한국 신청자로부터 수집한 개인 정보를 처리하는 방법에 대해 설명합니다. 이 프로그램에 신청함으로써 귀하는 이 개인 정보 보호 정책을 읽었고, 아래 조건에 동의하며 이 개인 정보 보호 정책에 따라 당사가 귀하의 개인 정보를 처리하는 데 동의함을 인정합니다.

이 개인 정보 보호 정책은 프로그램 신청 및 프로그램 실행과 관련하여 귀하의 개인 정보를 수집, 처리, 공개 및 사용하는 데 적용됩니다.

프로그램을 신청하면 후지필름에서 귀하의 다음 데이터를 수집합니다.
- 이름
- 거주 국가 또는 지역
- 이메일 주소
- 휴대전화번호
- 귀하가 사용하는 디지털 카메라 모델
귀하가 이 프로그램의 우승자가 되고 후지필름 GFX 시리즈를 사용하여 귀하가 출품한 촬영 프로젝트를 진행하는 동안 후지필름으로부터 비하인드 영상 촬영을 요청받을 경우, 당사는 귀하의 인물 사진, 이미지, 목소리와 같은 개인 정보를 추가로 수집합니다. 당사는 귀하에게 별도의 개인 정보 보호 정책을 제공하고 해당 추가 목적을 위해 별도로 귀하의 동의를 얻습니다.
2.2 개인 정보 사용 목적
당사는 다음 목적을 위해 귀하의 개인 정보를 처리, 저장 및 사용합니다.
- 프로그램 관련 사항 안내
- 귀하의 출품작과 관련한 연락(2차 예선 인터뷰 준비 포함)
- 후지필름 웹 사이트에 우승자 발표
- 프로그램 실행
- 프로그램의 1차 예선 및 최종 선정 결과 통보
- 개인을 식별하지 않고 시장 조사 및 마케팅 목적의 통계 데이터 생성(제2.1조 (b) 및 (d)항에 설명된 정보에 한함)
- 후지필름의 제품 및 서비스에 대한 정보 전송
귀하가 제공한 개인 정보의 사용은 위의 목적으로 제한됩니다. 그러나 당사는 관련 법률 및 규정에서 허용하거나 요구하는 범위 내에서 또는 법적 및 범죄 조사를 지원하기 위해 귀하의 개인 정보를 사용할 권한이 있거나 이를 사용하도록 요구되는 경우, 추가적인 처리를 수행할 권리를 보유합니다.
당사는 위의 목적을 고려한 합리적인 기간 또는 관련 법률에서 요구하는 보관 기간 동안 귀하의 개인 정보를 보유합니다. 위의 모든 목적이 달성되거나 개인 정보가 더 이상 필요하지 않은 경우 당사는 해당 개인 정보를 되돌릴 수 없도록 익명화하거나 안전하게 파기합니다.

(e) 해당 법률 및 규정에 따라 귀하의 개인 정보를 공개해야 하는 경우 또는 관련 당국에서 수행하는 범죄 또는 기타 법적 조사나 소송 절차를 지원하기 위해 당사가 이를 공개할 권한이 있거나, 공개가 요구되는 경우.
(f) 인간의 생명 또는 인권을 보호하기 위해 공개가 시급한 경우.
당사는 본 개인 정보 보호 정책에 명시된 경우를 제외하고 귀하의 개인 정보를 제3자에게 공개, 제공, 공유 또는 배포하지 않습니다.

2.6 개인 정보 및 연락처 정보와 관련된 귀하의 권리
귀하는 (i) 귀하의 개인 정보에 접근, 수정 또는 삭제할 수 있는 권리, (ii) 귀하의 개인 정보 처리를 제한할 권리, 및 (iii) 데이터 이동성 및 처리에 반대할 권리가 있습니다.
귀하는 이 개인 정보 보호 정책에 명시된 개인 정보의 수집, 사용 및 처리에 대한 동의를 언제든지 철회할 수 있으며 향후에도 유효합니다.

프로그램 이용 약관에 따라 프로그램을 신청하려면 만18세 이상이어야 하고, 주 거주지 관할권에서 성년이어야 합니다.
4. 개인 정보 보호 정책 변경
후지필름은 사전 공지 없이 사유를 명시하지 않고 본 개인 정보 보호 정책을 변경, 수정 또는 업데이트할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 개인 정보 보호 정책을 변경, 수정 또는 업데이트할 때 당사는 등록된 이메일 주소로 변경된 개인 정보 보호 정책을 통지합니다. 통지 후 귀하가 신청을 철회하지 않는 경우, 변경된 개인 정보 보호 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

By applying for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy, agree to the below terms, and consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
1.1 Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, processing, disclosure and use of your personal data in relation to applying for the Program and implementation of the Program.
This Privacy Policy applies to both FUJIFILM and its subsidiaries to the extent applicable related to the collection, processing and use of your personal data under the conditions of this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection and Management of Personal Data
2.1. Collection of Personal Data
When you apply for the Program, FUJIFILM will collect your following data:
- Name
- Country or region of residence
- E-mail address
- Digital still camera model which you use
If you become a winner of this Program and are invited by FUJIFILM to shoot the behind-the-scene movies while you conduct your shooting project using Fujifilm GFX Series which you entry, we will collect additional personal data from you, such as your portraits, images and voice. We will provide a separate privacy statement to you and obtain your separate consent for such additional purposes.
2.2 Purpose of Use of Personal Data
We process, store and use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Informing matters related to the Program
- Contacting you regarding your entry (including to arrange interview at the 2nd preliminary round)
- Announcement of the winners on FUJIFILM’s website
- Implementation of the Program
- Notification of results of 1st preliminary round and the final selection of this Program
- Creating statistical data for market research and marketing purposes without identifying individuals (limited to the information described in Article 2.1 (b) and (d))
- Sending information about FUJIFILM’s products and services
The use of personal data provided by you shall be limited to the purposes above. However, we reserve the right to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by relevant laws and regulations, or if we are authorized or required to use your personal data in support of any legal or criminal investigation.
We will retain your personal data for a reasonable period considering the purposes above, or for a storage period required by relevant laws. When all of the above purposes have been achieved, or when personal data is no longer needed, we either irreversibly anonymize or securely destroy such personal data.
2.3 Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share your personal data when:
(a) your consent is given in advance;
(b) sharing your personal data with subsidiaries of FUJIFILM companies or third party companies processing on our behalf which is necessary to implement the Program;
(c) we determine from your inquiry in relation to the Program that it is appropriate for affiliated FUJIFILM companies that is responsible for region to respond to your inquiry;
(d) our business is assigned or transferred either by operation in law or otherwise including mergers, consolidations and dissolution or transfer of operations;
(e) disclosure of your personal data is required by applicable laws and regulations or if we are authorized or required to such disclosure in support of any criminal or other legal investigation or proceeding conducted by relevant authorities; or
(f) there is an immediate need for disclosure to protect human life or human rights.
We will not disclose or supply, share or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
2.4 International Data Transfer
We may transfer the personal data we collect to, and store such information in, other countries/regions which may have different privacy or data protection laws than the country/region in which the information was collected. In such case, we will take appropriate measures to protect your personal data.

FUJIFILM takes adequate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your personal data from being misused and to prevent the loss of your information. Your personal data will be saved in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. All personal data provided by you in the course of registration or use of personalized services will be transferred in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of it by any third party.
2.6 Your Rights relating to Your Personal Data and Contact Information
You have (i) the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, (ii) the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, and (iii) the right to object to processing as well as to data portability.
You may withdraw your consent about collection, use and processing of your personal data set forth in this Privacy Policy at any time with effect for the future.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in accordance with the applicable laws if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the applicable laws. 3. Children’s Personal Data
Children or minors as defined under the age of 18 can’t apply for the Program. If the applicant is found to be a child or a minor, we won’t collect your personal data.
According to the Terms and Conditions of the Program, you must reach 18 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction of primary residence in order to apply for the Program.
4. Changes to the Privacy Policy
FUJIFILM reserves the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy without prior announcement and without stating its reasons. When we change, amend, or update our Privacy Policy, we will notice to you of the changed Privacy Policy to the registered e-mail address. Unless you withdraw your application after such notification, it will be deemed that you have agreed to be bound by such changed Privacy Policy.
